Sir Rob Margetts, CBE, FREng
Chairman
Rob brings a wealth of experience from senior roles in chemical process, energy and finance industries. He joined ICI in 1969 and held technical, operational and management positions before joining ICI’s board in 1992, becoming Vice Chairman in 1998. He is currently Chairman of The Energy Technologies Institute, Ordnance Survey, and Chairman-Europe of Huntsman. He is a Non Executive Director of Wellstream and Falck Renewables. He was Chairman of Legal & General Group from 2000 to 2010, BOC Group from 2002 to 2006 and the Natural Environment Research Council from 2001 to 2006 and a Non Executive Director of Anglo American from 1998 to 2010.

Alwyn Hughes
CEO
Alwyn has extensive experience in the chemical process industries. He has worked for the majority of his career in ICI, holding senior roles in business unit leadership, supply chain performance improvement and corporate strategy development. He also led the European arm of Elance, a venture capital funded software-purchasing company.

David Botterill
Finance Director
David is a Chartered Certified Accountant with 16 years experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical and biotech industries in Europe and the United States. Prior to joining Ensus, David spent a significant part of his career with Cambrex Corporation, then becoming Group Finance Director for a privately owned chemical company.

Sandy Anderson, OBE, FREng
Chairman Ensus UK
Sandy brings process industry experience from high profile roles in ICI including Senior Vice President Technology and Director of Engineering. For a time he was responsible for ICI operations on Teesside, which included the Wilton Site. Sandy has held several senior public appointments and directorships in education, healthcare and regional development.

Karen de Segundo
Senior Independent Director
Karen brings oil industry expertise from high profile roles at Shell including Executive Vice-President of Oil Products in Brazil, CEO Shell International Gas & Power, and most recently CEO of Shell Renewables. Karen sits on the boards of E.ON AG, Koninklijke Ahold NV, Pöyry Oyj, British American Tobacco and Lonmin and is past member of the General Electric Eco Advisory Board and of the board of BlackRock New Energy Investment Trust.

Catherine Bell, CB
Non-Executive Director
Catherine has wide experience at board level in the public, private and regulated sectors. Catherine is currently a non-executive director of United Utilities Group Plc and the Civil Aviation Authority, and has led the Department of Trade and Industry as Permanent Secretary focussing on the strategic challenges of globalisation and sustainable economic development.

Stephen Schaefer
Non-Executive Director
Stephen is a Managing Director of Riverstone focused primarily on renewable energy and power generation opportunities. He sits on the boards of Topaz Power Group, Bottle Rock Power, Coastal Carolina Clean Power, Collingwood Ethanol, Green Earth Fuels, Newberry Geothermal Power, Patagonia Bioenergia and ThermaSource.

Robert Easton
Non-Executive Director
Robert is a Managing Director of The Carlyle Group focused on European buyout opportunities in the industrial and chemical sectors. Prior to joining Carlyle in 2000, Robert was Vice President of Corporate Development at Invensys plc with responsibility for the execution of acquisitions and disposals, and was Director of Corporate Finance and Planning at Trafalgar House.

Robert Coxon, OBE
Non-Executive Director
Bob is a Senior Adviser to The Carlyle Group for the chemical and process industries worldwide. He is on the Board of AZ Electronic Materials, PQ Corporation, Stahl, and Sinorgchem. He is Chairman of the UK Centre for Process Innovation and the NE Process Industry Cluster and is a director of The Whitehall & Industry Group. He was formerly Senior Vice President of ICI and the CEO of Synetix.
